These Terms govern your access to and use of socialmasla.com and the services offered by Social Masla, operated by bbigcheese, a proprietorship registered in Punjab, India. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Offered

Social Masla provides performance marketing consulting, growth system design, account audits, strategic consultation, courses, and related educational content. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals, agreements, or invoices.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals and businesses 18 years of age or older. By using this website or our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Payments & Billing

Payments must be made as per the agreed terms shared in proposals or invoices. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Social Masla does not store sensitive payment information. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refunds

Refunds are time-based and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation before service delivery may result in a partial or full refund at our discretion. After service has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. Digital products with instant access are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Approved refunds, if any, are processed within 7–14 working days. Social Masla reserves the right to refuse refunds where services have already been delivered or initiated.

Grievance Officer: Piyush Sachdeva. Resolution Timeline: 7–14 working days. Support Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (Working Days). All complaints must be submitted in writing.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, use our services lawfully and ethically, not misuse or resell our materials without written consent, and respect intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Social Masla shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Arbitration & Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration. Seat of Arbitration: Punjab, India. Jurisdiction: Courts in Punjab, India.

No Guarantee of Results

Social Masla does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, revenue, leads, or performance metrics. Results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, platforms, budgets, and client-side execution.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, and assets provided by Social Masla remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
